| A. Receiving your FREE is easy! All you have to do is complete 1 offer, and refer some friends to do the same! The number of friends you need to refer depends on the value of the item. Please read our Terms and Conditions if you're not clear on the restrictions. |

| Q. Can I have more than one account per site? |
| A. No. Having multiple accounts for a site for any reason is not allowed. If you want to change the email address you signed up under, you may do this at any time via the "My Account" page. |
| Q. Can I delete my account or change who I signed up under? |
| A. You cannot delete your account or change who you signed up under. If you are no longer interested in this site, we ask that you abandon the account. |
| Q. Can I use a shared, public, school or work computer to sign up? |
| A. No. If you join with a computer that others may join from it is very likely that your account will be disqualified due to duplicate accounts. Please understand that this is one way we check for duplicate accounts and cannot afford to make exceptions for multiple accounts created from the same computer or computers sharing the same internet connection/proxy server. |

| Q. Can I refer my someone living with me? |
| A. As our Terms and Conditions state, we only allow one account per household. |

| Q. I can't see the offer images/There are no offer links! |
| A. Most likely you either are or have run software designed to block banner ads. Because our offer images and links are essentially banner ads they will probably get blocked. Either disable your ad blocking software while on our sites or add our sites as allowed to show ads (if your software supports this). |
| Q. How long before I get credit for a completed offer/referral? |
| A. We update offer/referral credits several times each business day. The amount of time it takes to receive credit for a specific offer/referral depends on how long it takes the advertiser to provide us with verification. |

| Q. How do I get my gift once I've completed all the requirements? |
| A. Once you've completed all the requirements, you account will be checked and all referrals validated. If your account passes the verification process you will be notified by email that you are able to check out with your item. A link will display on the status page which will take you through the process of entering your mailing address and verifying your order. |
| Q. When will I receive my gift? |
| A. After you complete your requirements, your account will be reviewed to verify the validity of your referrals and their status. We will then send you an email to login to your account and checkout with your free gift. |
